1. 60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return period starting from the date your order is placed.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, discover damage, or experience any product-related issues within 60 days, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

2. Free Return Shipping

DANFÉE offers free return shipping through reimbursement of eligible return shipping costs.

  1. Arrange your return shipment and retain the shipping receipt or proof of shipping cost.
  2. Submit your shipping invoice or proof of payment to our customer support team.
  3. Provide your bank account details or PayPal account to receive reimbursement of the eligible return shipping costs.
30-Day Free Return Shipping Policy: To prevent misuse of our free return shipping policy, shipping reimbursement is limited to one eligible order within any 30-day period. If a second order is placed within 30 days of the previous order, return shipping costs for the second order will not be reimbursed. This restriction does not affect your right to request a return.
