Named for the butterfly, Papillon opens its wings across the finger. Two marquise and two pear-shaped lab-grown diamonds meet at a single polished point, each held in slim white-gold claws, while fanned rows of pavé diamonds trace the feathers of each wing and flow into a split shank.

Care

Lab-grown diamonds are as hard as mined ones, but the fine claws and rows of micro-pavé on each wing need a gentle touch. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush, working between the pavé rows, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid snagging on knitwear or lace, take it off for sport or heavy work, store it on its own in a soft pouch, and have the claws checked once a year.
