An oval natural sapphire in deep Royal Blue rests at the heart of a vintage-inspired medallion, outlined in fine milgrain beading and ringed by twelve round natural diamonds, each cupped in its own milgrain bezel. The scalloped edge traces the soft points of antique lace, so the blue glows inside a frame of white light.
