Named for the stained-glass windows of old cathedrals, Vitrail frames a princess-cut lab-grown diamond in a geometric halo of baguettes and round brilliants. Four slender baguettes line each side of the square centre stone, eight round diamonds catch the light at the corners, and a row of micro-pavé diamonds runs down each shoulder of the 18K white gold band.

An architectural, light-filled engagement ring for a proposal or an anniversary. The 1 carat centre diamond is D–E colour and VS clarity, set in four claw prongs and supplied with its own IGI report.

A princess-cut lab-grown diamond sits in four claw prongs at the heart of a square halo: one baguette along each side and round brilliants at every corner, like panes of glass in a window. The slim 18K white gold band tapers towards the back, with a line of micro-pavé diamonds on each shoulder and a hand-pierced gallery beneath the halo.

Care

A lab-grown diamond is as hard as a mined one, but the many small halo and pavé stones are held by fine metal beads and claws, and the princess cut has delicate corners. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft brush, working gently around the halo, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid knocking the corners of the centre stone, take the ring off for sport, the gym or heavy work, store it on its own in a soft pouch, and have the prongs and pavé checked every six to twelve months.
