A pear-cut lab-grown diamond falls from a bezel-set round diamond, encircled by a scalloped halo of round brilliants that traces every curve of the teardrop. Crafted in 18K yellow gold, the drop moves on a fine hinge, so the stone turns and catches the light with every movement.
