A pear-cut natural sapphire in deep Royal Blue forms the head of a serpent, framed by a double halo of South African full-cut diamonds and lit by two green gemstone eyes. In warm 18K yellow gold, the body coils around the finger in an open wrap, its engraved scales running into a diamond-set tail.
